    • To avoid damage to wallpaper or paint, the affixing of anything to the wall, floor or ceiling of rooms is not permitted. Use of certain decorations requires management approval before use. Confetti, glitter and ‘silly string’ CANNOT be used in the facility or on the grounds. A cleaning fee will be assessed if these items are used.

    • We encourage you to use tealight or votive candles in the Manor and on the Terrace; however, they must be in proper holders that would contain any melting wax. Also remember to use non-fragranced candles whenever possible.

    • All favors, guest book, place cards, etc must be at the Facility no less than one day and no more than five days before your wedding. Please put place cards in alphabetical order so that it is easy for your guests to find where they are sitting. If place cards or direction cards are not included in your package, they can be provided at a nominal cost.

    • Please remove all stickers, wrappers and packaging from any items that you would like us to put out. Centerpieces should be ready to be placed on the tables. Please provide a detailed list of how you would like your items placed for your Reception and Ceremony. Also, please include any other information that you feel would make your event complete.

    • You are welcome to arrive approximately two (2) hours before your ceremony or reception for pictures. Your Maitre D’ will not be available for you until one hour prior to the function.

    • If there are any special requests for alcohol (items not currently offered in our bar) there will be an additional charge.

    • The Manor Package does not include place cards or direction cards. These items are available at a nominal charge. Please contact a bridal specialist for more information.

    • If you are choosing to have a sit-down (plated) dinner service, you must put the entree options into your invitation for your guest to choose. There will be an additional per person charge incurred if an entree count is not provided two weeks prior to the event. Final entree counts, seating chart and final payment are due three weeks before the event.

    • Final payments must be made by cash, credit card, certified check or bank check. No personal checks will be accepted for the final payment.

    • Upon arrival, you will be given a key for the bridal suite. A credit card number will be taken as a deposit for the key. If the key is not returned a $50 fee will be assessed to your credit card.
