    Our extraordinarily talented team has dedicated themselves to making your affair a truly memorable one. Our Culinary Institute of American trained Chef specializes in American and European Cuisine.



    Your culinary journey will begin with an opulent cocktail hour that is a feast for both the eye and the discerning palate. Then adjourn to your memorable dinner, as course after course is placed in front of you, or perhaps our grand station style service is more to your taste.

    Either way, you and your guests' happiness is always most 'paramount' to us. But don't forget to save room...there's still dessert!
    *There are limited dates left open for our 2008 Season. Our Hudson Season pricing, May-October, for wedding packages range from $88-165 per person. Our Delaware Season pricing, November 2008-April 2009, ranges from $80-114 per person. Please call for special pricing.

    * Bookings for 2009 can expect a slight price increase.
    * Prices given do not include service charge, maitre d' fees and sales tax.
